Customer service is great. There are some very knowledgeable employees who can work through any problems. We needed a bunch of house sale closing documents notarized quickly, and the employee who helped us got it all right even though real estate was not her area of expertise. More fees than typical in the lower 48, but most everything costs more in Alaska. My bank, very friendly feels like a small town bank.
