For what this is, a food truck in a trailer, they do it really well. Food quality, service with a smile and plenty of condiments. The server knew all about their salmon's origin, species, and who processed it - locally. I tried the salmon fish & chips and the sockeye salmon was really moist which is harder to do with Sockeye. The breading was a little old fashioned but I would take quality fish in old style breading than old chum salmon in fancy Japanese Panko Crumb. Nice job! I look forward to trying more of your selection of seafood! Best fish and chips I've had in a long time! This local favourite will not disappoint! Every time I'm in Haines I have to stop by and have a feed! Best Fish and Chips around! Hands down, the best fish and chips that I have ever had! Good
